Mark Randall is a Teacher, Promoter, Booker, Ultimate Nerd and all-round legendary guy. In the music world, Mark is best known for his work in THUMP Music putting together clinics and shows in Australia for some of the world’s greatest musicians from Joe Satriani and Paul Gilbert to The Aristocrats. On the flip side, Mark has a deep passion for various pop culture collections and runs the online community GeektopiaOz.

When I caught up with Mark we went hard in the paint when it comes to all things collecting. Everything from Masters of the Universe, to Thundercats and even trading cards.

Jake Clark is a Freelance Science Communicator and Astronomy PhD Candidate who has a passion for astrophysics and sharing it with as many people as possible.

When I caught up with Jake we spoke about him growing up in lower socio-economic part of Adelaide, finding a passion for science and slowly establishing himself through years and years of study to help discover more about our cosmos including getting into the finer detail about legit exoplanets out there in the universe. Maybe there’s somewhere out there very close to earth?

Matt Bacon is a bit of a PR Guru in the heavy music world, most notably the man behind Dropout Media. Working as a music and brand consultant, Matt is constantly appearing in social feeds all over the world showing musicians how to maximise their own branding and have their music reach as many people as possible.

I caught up with Matt to talk a bit about his OG story, how he found himself working with some of the elite in the heavy music world and how he has taken steps himself to get in front of an increasing number of people who find his content so valuable (search for #BaconBits on Social Media and you’ll stumble across his great videos).
